CYBER SAFETY!

With so many children having access to the internet, it is important to know the dangers involved and to do what we can to keep our children safe.   The following guidelines are from their Kids in the Know personal safety curriculum.

**Keep your computer in a supervised area
**Children should not have computers in their bedrooms
**Teach your children to keep all personal information off of the Internet
**Teach your children to be respectful and to treat others the way they would want to be treated
**Do not allow children to send photos without parents’ permission
**Never allow children to meet with someone that they have only met through the internet unless it is supervised by parents.
